Dusty Bottle Sale

To start the year off right, I am holding a dusty bottle sale. If you find a dusty bottle of wine or beer take it at 10% off!

Don't worry though. After the reconstruction work, they are all dusty. What I am really hoping for is for everything to be sold, so I don't have to clean so much. Besides bottles of wine are supposed to be dusty.

Where are we with the long promised wine bar?

We should be finished with licenses, permits, and all inspections except for health by the end of next week.

The stove is here and I will start experimenting with it today. It is a strange, new animal that is for sure.

I will be posting pictures of the process of becoming as the Germans call it (Werdegang) on the Vino e Formaggio facebook page as soon as I have a moment to breathe.

That is where we are. I am hoping to have the soft opening at the beginning of February.

In the meantime I have to go push a mop.
